These Terms of Use govern your use of mainstreetexits.net, valuation.mainstreetexits.net and related communications from Main Street Exits ("we," "us"), operating as a licensed broker associate affiliated with Infinity Business Brokers. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
No brokerage relationship
Using this site, submitting a form or contacting us does not create a brokerage, agency or advisory relationship. That only happens through a signed written agreement.
Information only, not advice
Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own attorney and CPA before making decisions about selling or buying a business.
Valuations

Listings and buyer information
Business listing information comes from sellers and is not independently verified by us. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Access to confidential information may require signing a non-disclosure agreement.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program. Main Street Exits text messages. If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Main Street Exits about business valuation and exit inquiry follow-up. If you separately check the marketing box, you also agree to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts and updates, at the phone number you provided.
Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to text messages to request a valuation or use our services.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out. To rejoin, opt in again through our form.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
