Confidential business information
We treat business financials and the fact that you are considering a sale as confidential. We release identifying information about a business for sale only with the owner's approval and only to buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive documents until we have discussed a secure way to share them.
Your choices and rights

Children
